Drop-off/Pick Up Procedures

Kiss 'n Go offers a convenient and safe way for parents and guardians to drop children off at Chappell without leaving their car.

 

Two designated “Kiss ‘n Go” drop-off lanes, clearly marked with cones and signs, will be set up daily at 8:20 am and be available for drivers until 8:50 am. Drivers will be required to drop students in one of the “Kiss ‘n Go” lanes – either along the south side of Foster Avenue or on the east side of Leavitt Street. Drivers are to pull slowly into the Kiss ‘n Go lane, pull as far forward as possible and allow students to exit the vehicle before pulling carefully back into traffic. Chappell’s Kiss ‘n Go lanes will be supervised by our security officers, Safe Passage supervisors and trained parent patrol volunteers who will guide drivers and direct students to the area where they line up and meet teachers.
