Before and After Care Registration Registration is open! You can drop off checks and paperwork at the Main Office.

 

To register, please:

  1. Fill out the Digital Registration form.
  2. Print and complete the SY25 Chappell Cares Registration and Information Document with pricing information and paper forms to return with your payment.

Note: Both digital and paper forms are required due to SOPPA regulations. We apologize for any inconvenience.
