I'm going to get started on mine so that I can get through do about 60 months ago I came in here for the form I had been sitting in my car listening to the Eminem song One Shot over and over and over again so when I got up on stage all I can think about on spaghetti and a tornado actually that got fun and it was just crazy while the teacher in the South Bronx and South sides many years anniversary and I know when is the first day of you I thought it was supposed to nominal and I know why you no get this job it has been an incredible 16 months I'm really proud with the a lot of work to do there are a lot of challenges I think sometimes that I make it look easy or that I don't seem to be so stressed but believe me it is nearing. if I can accept that you are the harder it gets many ways but this is the sort of Victory lap a lot of ways and it's were looking forward and I want to make sure that I leave a lot of time for two nights cuz I feel like that's what really gets her new school mission spell will be recognized as an Exemplar school for his Innovative practices academic rigor and our commitment to focusing on the social and emotional development of children I think their division mission statement should be tempered glass and we really want to make sure that that's the case we have 16.1% Rell for English language Learners about 17% of our students have an IEP although a large number of fiber for 24.5% free and reduced lunch which is the metric that they use to determine your students are under the poverty level truth is that everybody gets free lunch now so it's kind of a 678 student when I ride with 530 we are really really wrong for something to B budget of about 775 teachers and 101 total staff as of today we are a magnet school selling in the yard Gold Award for Pre-K established in SEL we got our healthy CPS status nice or very methodical about it we want to make sure that we can lose points on the more than one particular thing we took that one and we still got the schools in Mandeville on the Illinois report card our curriculum is a b in Fox so we have had to make changes to a creek on this year because CPS mandated that schools I'll have to have Krypton that was approved According to some and reports on 2nd and so we're sort of in flux as we see what we're being asked to do we did a very lengthy project last year to find any math recall we had settled down at 5 and then we did all kinds of walks and demos and training and we ended up with Envision which I think in terms of materials in the rest seem to be some changes to our Focus including things like that. I'm in our movement without referral we are really trying to work towards having all of our eighth graders take algebra we're really lucky that we have this great partnership with amundsen we have a number of students that are any further taking geometry everyday in the morning which is unlike any school or and make sure that we're expanding and so we are trying to move forward to make sure that we prepare our students to get to algebra for all those that are 8th grade about display Taco thing we do not you know I have a high and low class ever right and Becky really really work hard at I miss and I we can give me a challenge for scheduling Fridays instead and stuff but we get the free because of the algebra would you find classes to be different in terms of performance and so we really want to make sure that we offer for all this connects to resolve that for science for you amplify Creek club we have a lot of our Sciences around our nature station I'll talk about a lot we are trying to move towards incurred a science or something to do it from China my son school and charter school now that I really love for social studies we are using Skyline is it is parsley being required I think it so some of this is one thing that is coming down here and that's a great first day so we this year going to pilot program from a fairy Professor from University of Michigan email pick ask if they have never seen Christian that I align with next year the first and second grade as well go right now we are really excited about this for some reason the district is paying for it is wonderful I hope it's move towards having a great first date from be sure to currently we are doing Skyline foundational skills for grades one through five the pplc which is our committee around instruction they are meeting and they are working on what it's going to take to adopt a non Skyline Christian but there's a whole process for that and there was that one of the companies that we really like is LTL can use the same organization and name a crit materials and we are primarily using those materials from 4 to 8 this year we're going to be doing a lot of work around our Ela Ela curriculum scope and sequence which is like what you learn in sequence when math and we are going to be doing the same thing for all the novels that would read last year and I learned that in fourth grade and seventh grades are both Rings House on Mango Street corner from album make sure that all of our stuff reline thinking in terms of vocabulary Howie's vocabulary what is our sort of place around that and then finally which is I think something that is a real can taking a lot of time for like going to war with Russia in winter it's like the thing that you just as an administrator no consist years and can be a really long fly but is absolutely critical that you guys but when I was in college that was the number one still I need it and it was not if I get better and better and you were given explicit instructions specially now one-on-one you can make incredible Improvement but it's something because of our sort Estroven culture that has been in many ways value into writing it's not really critical thing that we're going to be working on for several years to come for science we currently have a fire with a little chicken feeder heavy for me so we are trying to do our best. We still got the library make our technology face into a Makerspace be getting a lot of really active things and making time for much more active and a lot based in social studies we are really working on Mickey and a lot of opportunities for that finally for FPL that is one of our big big is this year we have a full connected freak on that combine all the various things that we're doing so mtss is multi-tiered System of the RTI or response to intervention has her interventions for students that are identified by ready for K2 and through starts with 64 a 328 also based on Greed and it was amazing features however it can be different school school so here if your student in the 40% tile hope you are so worried but when I was at fenkell and little village made in the top of class right now until we really do our best for that we are now really looking for what are our kids need but we have here to is 550 a lot of those are in small groups working with and you're free is a very small for kids that really need these are paired with meeting where teachers actually meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays different t-shirts with Dr to seek out since costumes that they're concerned about this year last year with a ciwp year and that is the continuous improvement work plan this is with a federal and state law from SSI used to be called and so we decided that our number one priority happy that the practices from metricon will see more different station their engagement and higher percentage to meeting this was our program and it was listed as. me and not eligible for this year it has been mixed I think act like everything else I thought it was really like but we're really trying to teach her to believe that they're better than the book but they're the expert that they don't have to follow it there's too much with them High School's online we're trying to make sure that we're supplementing that with work in the classroom that is fun it was around STL so our kids have been in a really long long to her. For many years it's been really really honest kids I'll see if you kids call fast for suicidal ideation last few years now we see dozens and dozens of compasses it to my former school here now they're increasing and it is increasingly difficult with the parents navigate to MetroHealth system and so SEL has an absolute priority for us we have it with us and we have mister toski and Emily are psychologists we have a great team with all these things going on if you want to bring umbrella so I'm a great believer in and I'll talk to you a little bit about things he checked it in your college classes in college major and you hear something in 15 second Echo chamber factually reinforces things I have an SQL Creek on where the theme for the month is tied to the morning and I talked to the FPL no activity in the afternoon so that there's that sort of echo chamber lost included a lot of work around what are sea around said for all parts of this whole first system this is the calendar that we need with all the month of December is generosity in November Ananda calendar events & Wesson set of those different elements there is a whole lot more to work that and I've been working out for five months and while we're still working through it I love seeing the Pisces activities each and every month, they've been wonderful I love hearing the kids to the morning out since at 2:30 every day we hear the trumpet sound I don't work for $4 it makes me a little bit about why those are pretty so these are our scores for grades two through eight on the knee assessment that they used to determine our performance of the Ia are the Illinois assessment of Readiness we actually had a last year a 10% of 20 and above wonderful to have fun in math we had a game but it was we did see that a lot of this subgroup that we really wanted to make sure dlcl Latino did the best of anyone to see us when we looked at Chase in terms of where they were interns a quintile so we call it forty r4060 a lot of growth among the kids that write this her bottom next to Cheers up so you know that's not reflecting our overall number right it's moving performance how well you did overall growth percentile how your kids Fair versus house expected due until we better than last year and tile and slightly better than the previous two years actually the last time we asked 21 were not released and that was the year that was listed number 28 in the city right now I should get there from here our performance and see these are like a queen. see how we did previously and then how we did it this year you can see that math was sort of well we definitely have a break now if you do have it isn't that a category you might have received an email saying that your child is eligible for Accelerated aren't we get scant information about this it is something I got to do in the district really hard for parents but if anybody has received that or any questions about that I can answer those and I can give you the information if we have we're like it would you have some options but it is a real challenge for school single subject acceleration I for one child right old schedule for last week's round that make you go through life I'm really rooting for someone to do it just to try to see it happen at this point I'm in just for a be able to answer questions about the process in the future for people that is more recent and she has questions about it won't help with the process I would love to support that but that's only a few are you know category do we have a change in school I talked about a lot demographics of the score changing so just 10 years ago the school was that 80% free and reduced lunch in 2019 it was 54% mean to the school so getting title one for $100,000 smart by Joe because the day he walked out we lost all the title 1 funds so I start off without any money at all because we don't have anything beyond Speedy when I walked in the door meme this year we're down to 24th percent of our students that are at that now that was last year and we're still trying to you know like all of our forms for this year but I seen probably be right around there that has a big impact in our ability to run program hi. No fire staff and that is why this organization and they opposed to your so critically important I don't want to get a school fee right we don't want to do this kind of things do you want to make sure that we're able to do things without now take me to from parents in a kind of way when people be do you guys have very interesting went back up again and part of that is the migrant seems that we have had come in so we still have 16.1% 14 this year we have a full-time bilingual coordinator I miss Margaret Taylor who had been our halftime case manager and halftime elpt in the past they both got better than most people and now she can put all her time and energy into yucky roll right in time right now just got back from maternity leave she got a huge crisis in a lab our demographics are changing as well as well. Our new website and I am really excited we have a lot of work to do I have to learn more about when you do the setup like if you don't like do everything right and if it's $1,000 till I got a bar or anything at all and so I'll be more careful next time but I have here are apples that to me are sort of these four program pillar that I'm really trying to build out when I got here there was nothing on the site about the antennas for the program at all there was very little talk about it and I have some that came in all about trying to make sure that that is the most wonderful experience with kids every single day my first two years of college I was a teacher for special education classroom assistant and I loved that job and I learned a lot from it and I know I now have 46 which is a large number for school because we have so many students who have extraordinary need it is a big part of our school right now program that we do inclusive practices you're my special time difference and it's amazing to see I'm sure that we all been disappointed with arcades now and then but I promise you if you were to see your kids in these settings will be you would be really tired and proud every time I walk in there and they think they're really all about it so that is our intensive support cluster program that is room 302 three or four and 107 we are freak a program we have 35 and we have the 6th grade I'm really about making sure that we do more for this program and they were at Special Olympics bowling today we Friday in art therapy we're going to start doing time out in the community like a shopping at Tony's and we're not quite ready for jobs Tampa Bay but if anyone has any interest in helping with this stuff program we are really looking for it at all times has our arts program now we are not at school can I go to mostly that's because of mr. enter the female and he and the sweet top have a lot of Partnerships Chicago Symphony Orchestra Lyric Opera and we're expanding quite a bit black weakness we chop and I applied for and got a grant from design Dan and our fifth and sixth graders will be doing hip hop dance and Latin dancing semester they said I have to be in the Showcase in order for them to death I was like really dream come true then we have a real language magnet program against something that when I walked in the door very few people about it we have really tried to strengthen that they have been freed up quite a bit of mass schedule change last year and freed them up like 4 a.m. to additional period each day last year we had really push for something that we create a cultural our talk where in order to learn a language inside out for the non bilingual classrooms they would push in about 20 minutes a day and just talked with the kids extemporaneous lie since we've had this influx of students they have been doing primarily bilingual transitional Reventon helpful to get back to it but we are really trying to make sure that we are working with these kids and getting them self and so it's been a little bit of different but we definitely saw a huge huge increase in price we had some the best scores on the exam answer are you thirsty pretty well and we are really proud of the work that is to harm is Castro do I would like to expand it around the school we really try to make it much more and I we're going to continue with that finally one thinks it is a certain Ashley if it hears that we have church of kitchen programming that is happening so first is our partnership with gardeneers which I asked Lily love we have the two gardens and I work with us you know all kinds of stuff on the program it's terrible grades we have our relationship Lorado Taft which is a camp where we take now or 6th and 8th graders for two days of overnights I was teaching the 8th graders like you're how to make a fire with a lot of fun we also course have I'll be able to have a Westridge Park organization that has only a year-and-a-half old relationship with we can take field trips there and know we're trying to continue to build does Partnerships as much as possible if you are parent you're coming to a school that the last time we had actual data which one the top three elementary schools in the city that has a program that are teaching kids for language dish programming and Fine Arts that's hard to be really hard to beat and so that's what we're really trying to become so I'll go through a little bit and now I'm depth about these different programs and what we're doing now we are trying to do don't stop and make sure that those actually formalize codified programs not even made little logos for each one hi the budget this is where it gets interesting so despite what you may hear we're not getting more money so we actually got an issue budget based on the increase of students when I went to my summary it had $90,000 extra okay great afterpay furniture they don't give me but it's something then I actually go into the next budget software and that is the one that counts for increases and everybody salaries we were actually down 178% 90000 scale and that's despite being up enrollment and that's just because these are increasing or greater than the 13th Panic has the budget essentially by having one retiree who was here for three years and our clerk assistant which we feel everyday it's a very counting flu pencil paid until we were able to attend slowdowns the budget but we lost the position we had no money of her own only earmarked funds and bucket I have to be very frugal a dance that we threw was just $65 at Five Below right on my credit card and that was what we did last year trying to be frugal increase enrollment we were 57000 after the 20th day we got now $18,000 a month after salaries from before and after care and he's added one teacher and three teacher assistants to join class size Council so essentially we are a phenomenal Fantastical shape when I came in like a said we didn't have anything real to work with and we could lay down and we went on a no actually shopping spree for before and after care the program for putting all the money in all the instruments drum kit everything we can write every day want to make the school the place that we wanted when we were kids that point after CARE program has been it's wet and to the community is a much lower cost than the alternatives to den if you now if you have the full full you know my monthly are paid for our staff three times as much as I has it they're making $60 an hour my staff my speakers at Arias last year we have them in the building same job simply changed I need to serve it it maintains our Park I really love Lisa and that program we didn't want to lose them we were able to come up with this very clever solution that we simply pay them out and they're part of our program so I'm Gucci and Omar her with her Frank's Sports in the in the gym and we continue to work with them it is staffed by Ronnie ESPYs extra service now do that is to meet Lee going to the team that works with. Doctorcito we create an intervention specialist I posted it and put it at $25 an hour and I'm going to get the resumes and I got you would not believe in multiple masters degrees neighborhood I just want to work there for hours a day and we have program Equity because we have unlimited we make sure to use the whole campus now instead of just being the cafeteria or somewhere else and I know it is program that we want you work on Mr Dunlop email me today and I made sure that they're no longer playing on Chromebooks anymore. So a little bit about the work we do we do try ever enjoy yourself I think that coming back from pandemic we have to find out what is school for why are we here it's not just about there is a whole other reason for us being here Union Pacific education piece this whole social aspect of our kids it is really vital navigate to the world faster but I have my intervention programme to dress nice family engagement involvement kids I want them to say school is really fun this year and I love my teacher teachers I want them to say I wouldn't want to work any of the school and parents I want it hey tell friend and kisses pal not born take me to u.s. Park Montessori teachers and 65% last year said 35% increase your child wants to hear each day and if there's anything any another kid typically that we addressed it I want everyone to want to be here everyday alright this is not a business which down what is something that needs to be said this is not no place where you were consumer we must you know do the work that we need to do there you but as I said before this is SEPTA station we are trying to repair these kids to be free citizens and we have to follow write a number of laws a number of requirements and number mandate and as much as we want to keep everybody season possible to do everything right people can come to me everyday and say you're not doing this you're probably right because there's a million things you could be doing in can't do small but I don't want to think that means that we are not listening that was really really are but this is not in a place where you're going to get whatever you want so that one since I came in the change was that there was a policy of using your teachers by that because that parents having to develop a narrative about these teachers and those typically don't even really accurate but we are still really really committed to making sure everybody the best possible setting now I sure this process life where we have the teachers from fourth grade actually create the splits for the next year then the grade level up teacher take a look at it there are not hard that's why it's not like if you had no one kids are going to go have a sibling sometimes I just want to and we have to have Fallout scheduling constraints around Yelp round IP and try to make sure that we are at as using a few Spectators as possible and so we have to make sure that we scheduled that way but if your child has temperature north end of year when time stopped and I we ought to take a run at it and we want to make sure that everybody is in the best possible thing so it's not that you can't give me any input but it's not about things. artificial social media policy of the school is that social media is toxic and corrosive for mental health and well-being I'm only on Facebook to post pictures from my mom so that she can repost them for her friends and I slept this account has been sick with it I'm having said the Hat ironically I really value the Facebook page that you guys do but we have to make sure I think that we went to mount for kids now you know I've are my notes Enchantix and bloomers Facebook message on Oculus dangerous is what that is find out it is not a good place Snapchat. That's why she freaked out now I don't want to litigate what happened now on social media on Saturday for an 11 year old when I get to work on Monday and we have limited access limited ability to do so please please now that if you have a child that has a social media that you do have responsibilities as well to make sure that they are using it responsibly and that can be a real challenge but I don't have any special powers that you don't have and Noah because it can have a massive impact in our ability to learn please don't park and go in for a lot and drop off a set of keys there's my wonderful my other big message is to let you know that will keep your children safe I think about this obsessively all the time last year we had a lockdown soft lockdown because there had been no that's it approved the car and put her car and fired and they were we do our best I actually was I got in trouble for community I would do it again every time we have to be careful we don't want you guys fighting the building right all but one so it is really important that you know that we are now part of that has been to make real changes you think you're the first one to make a really big plush with I'm out the time of season baskets she didn't have been part of the park district program for after school the kids I eat now. Appreciate great and we have now somebody's at the middle school bathroom for 3 hours a day with no problem we also have me waiting around the school Avenue street fan switch. I'm really happy about school and Convenient Care in there but at least there's not a door in the parking lot which would I didn't want we are also trying to get for any cameras around the school we have the first of the cameras that you can't see anything there totally granny and so we are the next one to get them it is vitally important to us so we do like lockdown real truth table topics including like I like album dial questions that are no impossible answer like you know there's one kid out of the bathroom you going to get somebody to stay in the room and just getting people really think he's coming through that's not the best way to prepare people we just had our fill the other day with about four police officers and it was nearly falling into the Teachers Lounge for the door so if you know some behavior on Mr zollers behalf and this is from my years as a piece I think it's amazing when I hear from parent and they've heard from your child and and as if that is the absolute reveal truth of the universe because we usually get it right so we have to do a lot in terms of getting testimony interview and kids we don't have like the power I don't have any of that I have done the trick that they given the wire and stuff with two kids this evening meeting can you shut up so fast but we have to do all that work so if you tell me something I will look into it but forgive me if I don't immediately accept it as fact I can't right now we have to look into these things and I hope your give us that time I know that we want to listen to our kids and it's for kids and and I don't want to tell you otherwise but please give us the opportunity to find out more however if there is any sort of discipline for another child I can't about that with you in the same way that I would never talk about your child with somebody else and a lot of times there a lot of things I would love to be able to that was her to make me look better in and get me out but I can't. why do you ask if that you never confront another parent not on school grounds at any time reading social media and never ever disappoint someone else's child that is something that can just never happen School setting are better ways to tell your kids you love them I want to expand this in and do more but just to be briefed on some things are really can be working on in the short-term and long-term first Library time so we have two people on staff that are actually Library restaurants who is our country and Miss Anne-Marie Strom who is one of the intervention specialist for children t-shirt Mitchell and we are in the process of getting back up running today he is going to purchase the circulation desk book drop last year Mr Ron to work with Aunt Kim the former librarian here hold the entire collection how do I clean Tire stains and I know a new screen and he's going to think it's not going to be special for an hour away where they sit and really they could but it's important to us that every kid once a week chance to go to the library take out books absolutely right my kids look forward to it every single week it's a really big deal and we're really close and we have two people so we are actually going to a meeting on Tuesday myself Fernando at Anna Marie we're going to look at the space and how we want to look at what we need and then we're going to schedule but we are I was really worried about it first because I've heard other schools they tried to swing through with parents and and people filed a grievance geometry and we change from science fair to Science Olympiad we want to bring in some other opportunities for our hygiene students actually hours to prep on the alsea challenge me about this and I really like that you have for math but not for the LA I will be opportunities for our students in the humanities and other stuff we also have to know pays the area cashier and put more rubber in the new spot over there so we haven't made place to play as possible losing the soccer fields in a few months as they put new Turf on the baseball diamond and we're really trying to move towards the courtyard from this time especially for middle school kids who I don't think should be on them flies and playground equipment at all until we really trying to let you know. I continuously improved we work on the staff face Glock today I've been trying to get you a neat a system I know that when you guys go up and we're trying to sell things that nobody uses cash anymore ever write more checks I don't even know if we're having it so there is ipe system to take Allah working a lot of hurdles with budget in order to get it done but I believe and used it and have the same website vendor that's one reason I went was that website and under and that is where we would like to go where do you sell or any of those kind of things the number of grants that we've been awarded the one for the day and then randomly I got an email saying that we have been awarded $6,000 to fix this whole Whiting rake in the auditorium I had done at war with who is our state rep and I guess he was in there one day so you up thank you hun a nice guy but he was really about the about the drama that last year we really now we hired up music house with Norm station up the street I love working with them and you know it was a pretty sizable contract he starts on Friday to be a Sika whose stage stage director at. college and at least three people working at and we're doing Newsies this year we're really excited about there are a lot of other things and I think that will be working on the next week I want to make sure I had plenty of time for 2 so if you have any questions are you going to see and wondering do you know on the other side of that is sad face right now yeah I think it's an uphill battle I think there's a lot of work to be done grading I'm not asking a lot of areas and its really but this is one where I kind of feel like I am B I went around to call 1033 administrators at every year at Leadership Summit and I do this whole thing on great booking engraved with practices after the pandemic a lot of teachers in classroom and bundle up their grades and then put and ask them if they're going to be a few in Aspen that is a real blind spot for us that needs this her to get dressed and cleaned up especially in the Middle School grades it really hurt us we really making progress I am in just trying to make sure that every single teacher does a grade policy the in the year signs it and provides the families with everything from homework to retest policy I didn't mandate things other than the 0% right because and it's ridiculous if you fail a kid on something that you can feel the next time you can get under that fact in math class a cheap 9 - 0 sorry that way we're trying to retest policies making sure that we have real there are more policies before we're able to move towards Interstate grading I just was in a meeting with a parent grade and I've been doing the same scale that I've talked about a lot you have no homework policy for younger kids you're setting parents out for a knockdown when I get 6th grade every night the kids aren't used to it before it so we've got to develop habits you can't externally motivate someone else in transit by the way you can help happen to every night 4:30 at the town we look at a school classroom with his planner right and just 5-10 minutes right in 5 to 10 minutes of like torture for me for pulling teeth right 5 minutes not be easier to be easier if I can get the 6th grade of the 2025 but we need to be recording about that and it's not just like a all the teachers need to know if somebody has a project to somebody has a paper that there really well another we're just not there yet we really work towards that and I feel like we're really improving in terms of that but I think it was a cool gift when people over night we have twin hearts in mind I know the doctor 6 tonight practice I really am bored that I think it's the best practice a lot of these kids going to the ID program right now I'm in sin so it's a lot of that but it's going to take a lot of work so we would like to get there eventually but I think that we have a and I think homework policy is has come first and our grading policies have to be really solid first but we're going on with you Christmas standards based grading instead of like you have this test at the end of week right and whether or not like you got her didn't you can get your grade right thing is like the kid has the rest of the semester to just get it right it doesn't matter when they do it doesn't matter how long it takes that's right but they make sure that for that standard right they are showing that they've mastered it and there are different ways to do it this for me you know I'm always amazed the teachers who want to teach kids the world really works right and like you're not going to get this into your boss light the same people give me their information and I don't care if it takes them 2 or 3 weeks we want them to be incentivize then actually taking the time to standard based grading is something that we would really like to move forward but it takes a lot of trains right I think we're getting there I don't think the skyline something great question are questions go ahead take me to it will sunset to be real but we are in Good Financial shape that is our fourth grade teacher this year this time with energy Bond and his foundation will be moving towards 5th grade next year and traveling with those kids so we have stuff I need to start making sure that in the next few months we just start throwing it away in our internal account but we will be able to pay for that even with the decrease in salary I am concerned that I will have to have a battle of for my he paid for which we have to pay for an appeal he's here but they're really would like to see that but I want to the job without it so that is like a one caveat there is that I need to be able to date since I don't think they're going to give me the money is a dumbass on a pack of napkins with everybody salary increases in the building next to get for kid I think we're going to lose something like you know hundred seventy-eight again that I'm hopeful that we're able to with our form after but not other money that we've been able to get from increasing enrollment be able to handle that and right now we are at work we're good but it's going to be a lot tighter next year and here I thought about it I might need to take the September before German flyer something to make it work but we're in good enough shape that I don't have to worry about that a few weeks ago I was really concerned all of my colleagues when they went to the Joint Action Council to get into a pill man and wiped out all their fun this week said can you get a cheese from it take all the money that you have I was able to sort of find a way to keep that from happening and we immediately started moving the money and so we should be fine it should be a problem Tyrese or anything like that so I don't see any likes coming out the book or tension is really high in terms of teachers but I don't think that we're going to need to have anything additional but again we've already lost a physician assistant which really did call The Joint class size positions do technically sunset according to them but they said that I got last year and all of them were still here with us and they were all still in my budget. Hopefully the same thing happen I said that 40 kids over where we were and if you take a rough estimate of $5,000 per child for the kids much more than we need to pay for one additional feature my concern is that if we get another class like a king other third teacher in another classroom we may need to know some funds her no start talking about no school fee but we are good, seu 5th grade now we will have talked going to 5th grade next year and be totally fine concussion area where you at I don't know if I would ideally I think yes but in some ways no so I can't have a volunteer go through people's medical form and I'm going to go through free response form and at Salado park right and then even down to like you know it's like finding kids when parents come for early dismissal the opening door on course and I was happy right and she had that beautiful personality attendance she was in attendance at the Alaska all these different things and now I have you know who is Ariane Jose analog systems forever not my digital systems for everything I'm having to adjust to that and text you this other job on the payroll and turns other stuff and I tried to give you some help in the afternoons I've been hearing a lot of folks but now it's an area that I wonder if maybe we need to have a fine person that is in us are supposed to know am I permanently or the rest wanted to keep everything and he's actually now working at a different School but you really see they told me it was a luxury and I just don't see it because work calls to me for false Alex or false there are three sets at now so it's something that we know it seems like a small position right now not now having that additional person for a school of our size while he needs to have just Courtney Transportation everyday with all the buses that we have for our special needs kids get job so he doesn't pay for positions it's like a and so we have to come up with some way to do it find the kids give us you back the other day about it and it was so ironic cuz the kids need to give us more test prep we're like oh my God that's so ironic but yeah they ask for it just a big lie but there is not much that it's Insurance actually that long of test different skill eat that right yeah now again to gate where these kids are taking 3-4 hours and they were getting 99 percentile so yeah we've already had that in this week now they're just be three different number your end of a percentile to create and then discuss House of Grace in the cat and so you know where I've also talked about like it's our kids are taking algebra in 7th grade. Should be a way to great if he should be in a so we're making a bunch of other changes in this way as well is Jacquees one of these things absolutely is critical now yeah I would rather do turn around I just know I am I don't know company enough to like you know back them till like sponsor them to say this week to come to our school and you turn to bleeding them if people are aware of some sort of Orange but I would rather we did our own and we were able to create bucket and teachers to do it sometime you'll probably have to be a little more than they are now currently make an hour or something that I can figure it out but I think that that was the response we got from the kids very clearly we need to get from those kind of tests and stuff so yes it is more important than ever is there a will there be a I think for the time being we
